RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Wednesday, 31 January 2024
– The inaugural Ideation Workshop of the Royal Brunei Air Force was officially closed today by Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Hj Ibrahim, Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force, who served as the Guest of Honour. Also present during the event were the Deputy Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force, the Board of Executives of the RBAirF, and Senior Officers of the RBAirF.
A total of 66 personnel, representing all levels of ranks and diverse vocations from aircrews, engineers, air regiments, logistics, admin, and staff, actively engaged in this event. The participants delivered six relevant topics with the theme of ''Elevating the Well-being of the Rimba Air Force Base.''
The Ideation Workshop has become an effective platform for generating ideas and highlighting issues that pertain to policies on well-being, safety, security, training, work systems, culture, as well as highlighting the absence of certain facilities and avenues that have impacted the well-being and morale of Royal Brunei Air Force personnel in creating a positive, vibrant, and excellent workplace. The event concluded with a closing speech from the guest of honour and a prayer led by Ustaz Pg Fakhrul Shakirin bin Pg Hj Zainuddin, Religious Officer of RBAirF to bless the event.
ACARA PENUTUP BAGI BENGKEL IDEATION TENTERA UDARA DIRAJA BRUNEI
PANGKALAN TENTERA UDARA RIMBA, Rabu, 31 Januari 2024 – Bengkel
Ideation Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) telah pun ditutup dengan rasmi nya hari ini oleh Yang Mulia Brigedier Jeneral (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Hj Ibrahim, Pemerintah Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei selaku Tetamu Kehormat Acara tersebut. Turut hadir adalah Timbalan Pemerintah TUDB, Badan Eksekutif TUDB dan Pegawai-Pegawai Kanan TUDB.
Sebanyak 66 perserta mengikuti bengkel tersebut terdiri daripada anggota-anggota TUDB dari pelbagai peringkat dan vokasyen seperti anakbuah pesawat, jurutera, rejimen udara, logistik, dan staf-staf TUDB. Enam tajuk telah dibentangkan berpandukan tema ''Meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota-anggota yang bertugas di Pangkalan Tentera Udara Rimba''.
Bengkel Ideation tersebut menjadi platfom yang berkesan bagi menghasilkan buah fikiran yang bernas serta mengutarakan masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan dasar kebajikan, keselamatan dan kesihatan tempat kerja, latihan, sistem pekerjaan, budaya serta mengutarakan ketiadaan fasiliti-fasiliti yang berkepentingan yang memberi impak kepada kebajikan dan kesejahteraan anggota-anggota Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei dalam membina suasana positif dan tempat kerja yang cemerlang. Acara tersebut diakhiri dengan ucapan penutup daripada Tetamu Kehormat dan Doa Penutup daripada Yang Mulia UsUstaz Pg Fakhrul Shakirin bin Pg Hj Zainuddin, Guru Ugama TUDB bagi memberkati acara tersebut.
